By accessing or using the Nexus platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the service.

2. Description of Service

Nexus provides an enterprise MCP gateway platform that enables deployment and management of MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers across cloud providers. The service includes API gateway functionality, authentication management, and infrastructure automation through Terraform.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or in violation of any laws. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to our service. You may not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows may occur, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for premium services are as specified on our pricing page. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Stripe, and you agree to Stripe's terms of service for payment processing.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nexus and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide through the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nexus and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexus operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
